Bellast is a trusted hyaluronic acid brand recognized as one of the most popular temporary dermal fillers. These fillers are used to correct wrinkles caused by aging, loss of subcutaneous fat, or various medical conditions. South Korea is among the global leaders in beauty and skincare products, and Bellast has been used for over a decade under the supervision of the Korean FDA, now available in many countries including Iran with Ministry of Health approval.
It is a glycosaminoglycan found in structural parts of the body such as skin, cartilage, connective tissue, and eyes. In skin, it helps maintain firmness and structural integrity. With age, hyaluronic acid levels decrease, leading to skin laxity. Bellast restores these levels, improving skin strength and appearance.
Currently six types are available in Iran, classified by HA concentration, depth of wrinkles, and presence of anesthetic. Lower concentration (e.g., Bellast Soft) is used for fine wrinkles, while higher concentrations (e.g., Bellast L24) address deeper wrinkles. Physicians determine the best option based on patient condition and treatment site.
Bellast can be injected around the eyes (crow’s feet), lips (nasolabial folds, marionette lines), forehead, cheeks, and more. It is also used for lip enhancement, cheek volumizing, jawline, chin contouring, and hand wrinkle correction.
Bellast fillers are temporary, lasting 4 months to 1 year depending on product type, injection technique, and skin condition. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid structure ensures longer duration compared to standard fillers. Temporary fillers are preferred worldwide as permanent fillers carry higher risk, require exceptional injection skill, and are difficult to correct if complications arise.
